Ingredients

1large bowl of cooked rice

 6peeled shrimp

1/2carrot

3tbsp of corn kernels

3tbsp cooked peas

 2eggs

1/2sausage

Seasoning

salt

1tbsp sesame oil

1tbsp starch

Sunfloweroil

15minutes

Steps:

1.Mix the peeled prawns with 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp potato starch, 1 tbspsunflower oil and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the sausage and diced carrot,chop chives. Beat eggs in a bowl and stir. Prepare the corn kernels and cookedpeas.

2.Pour 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the rice and mix well. Heat water in a pan, addthe carrot, corn kernels, cooked peas and sausage. Sauté for 1 minute thenremove and drain.

3.Heat the pan and pour 2 tbsp sunflower oil. In a moment, add shrimp. Sautéshrimp until color change (white). Remove and reserve.

4.Rinse the pan and pour oil again, turn the pan to disperse the oil. Heat oiluntil hot. Add the prepared eggs and cook. Chop the eggs.

5.Add rice, vegetables, sausage. Fried constantly over medium heat.

6.Add the fried shrimp. Fried a little.

7.Finally, add the chopped chives and 1tbsp sesame oil. Make uniformly jump andenjoy this Yangzhou fried rice.
