A simple health living tip: How can the crisis of anxiety disappear?
With this simple exercise, you can finally channel and overcome anxiety attacks, stress and panic attack. A natural and often very effective solution!
This exercise serves to reject tension and negative emotions by contracting and relaxing the muscles of the body. Begin by crossing your fingers and bring your hands behind your neck, while inhaling deeply. Then keep the air in the lungs and contract all the muscles of the body, from the face to the feet passing by the abdominals. Then exhale with a blow while you project your hands forward: so you move the negative. During the contraction phase, concentrate on your anxiety so that you can then drive it out. Doing this exercise with your eyes closed can help you focus more on your sensations.
Once the negative is chased away from your body and mind, you will have to calm down by controlling your breathing: it is the exercise of soothing breathing. This exercise will calm the beating of your heart and clarify your thoughts. Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the half-open mouth, as if blowing into a straw or trying to whistle. Stretch the expiration, because it is at this point that the most negativity is evacuated. Visualize all the tensions that leave your body and mind when you exhale, like a dust blown out. Naturally at the expiration, you feel your shoulders move away from the ears, you are anchored in the ground, your mind and body calm down with your breathing.
