For this recipe, you will need:

3 zucchini 100 g skim ricotta 1 egg cream cheese cooked ham salt, pepper and pepper optional: 3 spoons of bread crumbs

Cut the zucchini by half (in two equal parts) and empty them. Reserve the pulp in a bowl and add the cheese, egg and ham. Put salt and pepper at your taste. Mix well. Fill the zucchini with this mixture and, if you wish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and peppers.Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil and cook the zucchini until they brown (you can cover them so that they cook better).

For the biscuit:

For the cream:

Even if the recipe contains a lot of ingredients, its preparation is not complicated.For the biscuit, you have to beat the egg whites and add the eggs, water and sweetener. Then add the vanilla essence and the flour with the starch. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous substance.Pour on baking paper, on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven on low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool and unmold.

For the cream, in a bowl, mix the white cheese, the gelatin (previously hydrated in the lemon juice and cooked for 30 seconds in the microwave) and the yoghurt. Add Port, sweetener and whites.

Finally, to prepare the tiramisu, cut the biscuit into slices, moisten with the coffee and pour a portion of cream. Cover another slice, sprinkle with coffee, and so on. Sprinkle with bitter cocoa and decorate with coffee beans and mint leaves.To serve well fresh!
