Crab meat (canned or frozen): 250 gSmall courgettes: 2Potatoes with firm flesh: 500 gEggs: 2Fresh cream: 25 clCoriander Bouquet: 1Pepper: 2 pinchesOlive oil: 5 tbsp. soupSaltPepper
Preparation steps for healthy crab cakes recipe
1.Drain the crabmeat. Remove it by removing the cartilage.
2.Rinse and wipe the courgettes. Cut them at each end. Without peeling them, grate them to the robot with a grid with large holes. Put them back 3 to 4 min in a pan in 1 tsp. oil and drain on paper towel.
