An easy healthy kid recipe – Ham vegetable pasta
INGREDIENTS NB OF PERSONS: 6200 g small pasta1 courgette2 carrots1 large tomato1 small onion250 g of ham1 large butter nutfresh basil (optional)salt pepper
PREPARATION of ham vegetable pasta
1.Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water as directed in the package.Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion.
2.Peel and cut the carrots into small sticks.
3.Clean and cut the zucchini into pieces.
4.Melt the butter in a frying pan.Sweat the onion until it is translucent.Add carrots and zucchini and cook for 5-6 minutes, mixing well.
5.Clean and cut the tomato into pieces.
6.When the pasta is cooked, drain them.Add them to a salad bowl with the pan-fried vegetables and the tomato cut into pieces.
7.Season with salt and pepper and add the ham and chilled basil.Mix well and serve immediately.
