How to prepare this recipe:

Clean the shrimp, keep their shells for the broth.To prepare the broth: add a liter of water in a pan with shrimp shells and 2 bay leaves. Boil over low heat. Then filter the broth with a strainer and squeeze the shells to extract all their flavors.Add salt and pepper to shrimp.Fry the garlic and onions in the oil until they become translucent.Add scrunchies and shrimp, fried a few minutes and add the broth little by little (need not add too much, because the darling also releases water).Add the bay leaf and cook.When the darling is cooked to a point (tender), remove from heat.There you go! When serving, add parsley. You can accompany this recipe with white rice.
