Terms of use for the competition

Participation in the competition is based on the following conditions:

ABSMARTHEALTH or Heise Verlag is giving away a pebble time. To participate, just write a comment below this entry. Natural persons who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Persons under the age of 18 need the consent of their legal representative to participate. Employees of Heise Medien and their relatives are excluded from participation.

A winner will be drawn from the submissions received on time and notified by email. The deadline for entries is Monday, August 3rd, 2015 at 2 p.m. Participation through the involvement of third parties, e.g. B. Competition agencies are not taken into account. A cash payment or the exchange of the prize are not possible. The judges' decision is final.

Data protection

Your data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of running the competition. After the draw, these will be deleted with the exception of the winners' data. The winners' data will be deleted after the prize has been successfully redeemed.
