Unboxing of Samsung Level Active

First of all, the box, in brown-gray cardboard, is more than mundane. On the front, we find the images of the smart health connected headphones. On the other hand, these are just standard safety instructions and some features that we will see later. Let's not stop and discover together what this packaging contains.

By opening the box from below, a small white tab protrudes. Once drawn, it brings us all the content very easily. There is a compartment in cardboard separated into two parts. One of them contains the earphones well installed in a custom support. The cord is tightly wrapped just below. The second part welcomes USB cord, two clips, three pairs of tips size S / M / L and two pairs of silicone hooks of different size. Beneath it hides the little user manual.

In terms of ergonomics, the packaging is very success. Unpacking is more than simple and it's very easy to put everything back in place. Space is well used.

Design and ergonomics of Samsung Level Active

There are two models of wireless headphones, white and black. This is the second that the editorial team tested for you. The Levels Active are rather well finished and a matte black color. Both headsets are equipped with a hook for a firmer hold which is very useful for headphones intended for sports use.

The earbuds are smart health connected by a cord very thin and flat to prevent it from curling up. On this cord and on the right side, as often, is the remote control. It has the buttons Play / Pause, and more and less. The remote control is located near the right ear, which makes it easy to access. As a result, this side is necessarily slightly heavier than the other. But the whole remains well balanced for a small weight of 18.2g.

The remote control allows control simple and fast music. It consists of two buttons for volume control and the essential Play / Pause. By pressing it, you can pick up when a call comes up. On the other hand, the headphones do not have the hands-free kit function but, in the middle of a sports session, we can do without it.

Samsung Level app

The Samsung Level app can only be downloaded from Android. Once paired with your smartphone, the app allows users to customize notifications and of limit calls and alarms so you can train quietly. That's not all, it allows you to get information about training sessions like the distance travelled or exercise time. To have access to all this data, you must first have maintained on the Active button, the button on the right ear cup.

The application features are configurable. You can choose to receive data health training, hear the current time or even to use a timer to know the end of your abs series. All this is possible without even looking at your smartphone. Otherwise, there are still the classics like the battery level where the listening volume. The active key also allows you to share information with others.other Samsung apps compatible like S Health.

The sound of Samsung Level Active
