Ingredients
1bowl of cooked rice
1/2onion
1piece of chicken breast
1carrot
50 g corn grain
50 g of peas
6shrimp
1piece of ham
Seasoning
1tbsp curry spiced
1tbsp white pepper
1tbsp salt
Sunfloweroil
10minutes
Steps:
1.Peel and cut the onion into cubes. Then, cut the chicken breast and piece ofham into small cubes.
2.Wash and peel carrots, then cut into small pieces. Soak the peas in water.
3.Heat the pan over high heat, then pour sunflower oil and fried a little.
4.Add the chicken and shrimp, fry for 2 minutes. Remove and reserve.
5.Pour the sunflower oil in skillet over medium heat and add the onion. Add thecooked rice and ham. Fried evenly.
6.Rajoutercarrots, peas and corn kernels. Fried for 2 minutes.
7.Finally, add chicken, shrimp, salt, white pepper, curry. Make-fry evenly.Serve.
