Ingredients200 g of stem lettuce100g chicken breast15 g black fungus 20 g red pepper20 g green pepper
2.5 g salta pinch of glutamate1 tbsp sliced spring onions3 ginger slices1 tbsp Shaoxing wine1 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation for fried chicken celtuce
1.Wash all ingredients. Soak the black mushrooms, peel lettuce.
2.Blanch chicken breast in boiling water (pour the Shaoxing wine, ginger and spring onions to remove the bad smell).
3.Cut black mushrooms respectively, peppers and lettuce stem julienne.
4.Boil some peppers and put on a plate.
