Excellent homemade easy healthy granola recipes
The homemade granola is super easy to make and that’s good! It has become a must in the morning for breakfast of my family, but not that, it is so greedy that we take it in snack, dessert and snacks! It is an unparalleled and energetic health ally thanks to the benefits of cereals, seeds, nuts and dried fruits. What we like in homemade granola is that we can vary the ingredients to infinity but especially control the amount of sugar and fat it contains, often those of the trade are very sweet and rich in fat and then it’s economical to do it yourself,the easy healthy granola recipes .
We put you in this article our basic ingredients but you can replace them or add other seeds (chia, sunflower, flax, squash …), other nuts (nuts, hazelnut, macadamia, cashew, pistachio, peanut …) vary the fat using coconut oil, olive oil, hazelnut, sunflower, sesame! The easy healthy granola recipes
Ingredients:
400 g oatmeal200 g of a mixture of almonds and pecan nuts3 tablespoons sesame seeds or grated coconut3 tablespoons walnut oil or other vegetable oil4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey1 teaspoon of cinnamon (or cardamom, anise, nutmeg, ginger, 4 spices …)1 teaspoon of vanilla extractSome fresh dates cut into pieces150 g mixed dried fruit (grapes, apricots, figs, white raspberries, goji berries and cranberries)1 good pinch of salt70 g coarsely chopped dark chocolate
Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 160 ° C.
2. Chop pecan nuts and almonds roughly. In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, pecan nuts, almonds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt pinch and mix well. Add walnut oil, vanilla extract and maple syrup to the oatmeal mixture. Mix well until the oil and syrup have covered the dry ingredients. 3.Put baking paper on a baking sheet. Spread the preparation on the paper in a homogeneous way. Make sure the preparation is airy and not taken in a piece like a big cookie. Bake on the middle plate for 15 minutes.
4.Remove the oven and mix gently. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the dates and dried fruits mix gently so that the whole distributes evenly. Let cool completely and finally add the chocolate to pieces.
5. Once cooled, the granola is stored in airtight glass jars or resealable bags.
