Dinner time can be particularly difficult especially when not all family members have the same tastes. The end of days are already quite hectic, so why add an additional challenge by cooking different dishes? Is this really the solution? 1. Putin health

Use a big turnip and a potato for french fries. Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika and oil very lightly before baking. Use low-fat cheese to garnish your poutine and even prepare your low-sodium beef broth sauce, shallots, garlic and white wine. Serve with carrot sticks and cucumbers. Yum!

2. Sweet potato chips and chips

Are you having trouble feeding fish to your children? Make a bread crumb with panko (parmesan), parmesan and cook your fish in the oven. This is a great way to replace fried fish sticks! Use extra lean ground turkey instead of ground beef. Add onions, carrots, celery and chopped garlic and a can of diced tomato reduced in sodium. Add basil and oregano and let simmer. Garnish with whole wheat pasta or a spaghetti squash that has been baked in the oven.

5. Chinese pie with potato and cheese

Incorporate vegetables into your shepherd’s pie by adding parsnip and turnip to your mashed potatoes. Add milk and low-fat cheddar cheese and you’re done! The children, and the parents will lick their fingers. Also, or substitute ground beef for lean ground veal! Pair your block with a small green salad with cherry tomatoes.
