INGREDIENTS320 g of asparagus100 g of carrots30 ml extra virgin olive oil1/2 lemon squeezed juice1/2 garlic clovesaltpepper
PREPARATION for asparagus carrots vinaigrette recipe
STEP 1Prepare the asparagus and blanch in a pot
