Hooray, it’s 1 birthday…..and that’s Anti-Aging Secret! Yes, yes, it has already been 5 years since the start in 2015. I remember so well how excited my friend Fem (who stopped the blog) and I were the first article, after months of brainstorming and brooding, then finally went online. How we beamed as kids when a reader actually checked in on the blog.

But now we are suddenly 5 years further and Anti-Aging Secret has just 100,000 unique blog visitors per year and there are no less than 13,000 followers (plus 517 photos) on Instagram and 4,000 on Facebook. After 5 years I still love to inspire and inform you about skin care and treatments. Getting and staying in shape is also a great passion of mine. Last year I even recorded my (really working!) method in the Forever in Shape course.

Running this blog is the best hobby in the world, not least because of the interaction that arises with you. I am therefore very honored that a truly loyal club of followers has emerged over the years. From the bottom of my heart: thank you for your support and enthusiasm!!!
