INGREDIENTSNB OF PEOPLE: 44 round breads2 tomatoes1/2 cucumber16 pink radishes1 red onionsalad leavesLight mayonnaise
PREPARATION
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices.2. Wash and cut radishes into slices.3. Peel and slice the red onion.4. Wash and cut the cucumber into slices.5. Wash, wring and chop the salad leaves.6. Cut the loaves in half and spread each side with mayonnaise.7. Spread salad leaves, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes on the lower halves of the loaves.8.Close with the top halves of the loaves.9.Taste without delay.

INGREDIENTSNB OF PEOPLE: 11 bread ciabatta type1/2 tomato3 surimi sticks2 teaspoons of reduced mayonnaise
PREPARATION1. Cut the bread in half lengthwise.2. mayonnaise each half of the bread.3. Place on the bottom half the surimi sticks unrolled then the tomato cut into slices.4. Cover with the top half of the bread.5. Sip immediately.
