3 tasty & easy healthy recipes to cure constipation

It is an ailment that everyone suffers in their lifetime, but it will probably be a doctor who can determine the causes and refer you to appropriate treatment.
What we can do, however, is to prevent and cure constipation through a good diet rich in water, fiber, fruits and vegetables. We offer here three simple recipes that you can inspire for everyday meals.
3 easy constipation recipes
Baked melon
Ingredients
1 melon 50 g of nuts 4 tablespoons of honey 1 vanilla pod 2 tablespoons sugar
For the caramel:
4 spoons of sugar a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
Put the sugar, lemon and a trickle of water in a saucepan over low heat to prepare the caramel. When ready, add the nuts and let cool.
Then, in a bowl, mix the two spoons of sugar with the vanilla bean to impregnate the taste. Cut the melon into small pieces, taking care to remove the skin and seeds, and put them on a plate with vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Bake at 200º C for 7 minutes.
Finally, serve cooked melon with caramelized nuts.
Eggplant confit with white rice
Ingredients
2 eggplants 4 onions 200 g of rice 100 g of ham 12 cherry tomatoes 1 escarole 2 cloves garlic water olive oil vinegar salt
Preparation:
Peel the onions and chop them, then brown them well. Chop the ham and add it.
Peel the eggplants, cut into small cubes and add them to the onions and ham. Season and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Then peel the garlic cloves and brown them in a little olive oil. Add the rice, fry briefly, add the water (a little more than twice the amount of rice) and a pinch of salt. Cook for 18-20 minutes.
Coat a dish with a little olive oil. Put a layer of rice in the bottom, then over a layer of eggplant, then another layer of rice., Packing everything well.
Finally, wash the tomatoes and the escarole, cut out everything and season with oil, vinegar and salt. Serve with the eggplants.
Chicken wings with mushroom salad and arugula
Ingredients
12 chicken wings 8 small potatoes 250 g mushrooms 140 g rocket 3 cloves of garlic vinegar olive oil salt
Preparation:
Clean the potatoes and roast them in the oven at 220º C with a drizzle of oil and coarse salt for 20 minutes. Clean the chicken wings by cutting off the ends and removing excess fat. In a mortar, crush the cloves of garlic with a little coarse salt, then put them in a bowl, add the olive oil and let the chicken marinate in this mixture.
Place the wings in the oven beside the potatoes you have already put. Pour the oil from the mixture and let it cook at 220º C for another 15-20 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Fry them in the pan with oil while you clean and cut the arugula. Thus, when the mushrooms are cooked, you can mix them and accompany with a little chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, olive oil and vinegar.
Serve wings with roast potatoes with mushroom and rocket salad.
