PAN OF TOFU WITH HERBSINGREDIENTS2 onions1 zucchini3 tablespoons olive oil3/4 lb natural tofu, firm1 tomato1/2 teaspoon oregano1/4 teaspoon thyme1 pinch of garlic powderpepper to taste1/2 cup vegetable broth1 tablespoon tamari to taste

PREPARATIONSTEP 1In large saucepan, fried onions, zucchini, oregano and thyme in olive oil for about 5 minutes.STEP 2Add the tofu, tomato, garlic powder and pepper and continue cooking for a few minutes.STEP 3Add chicken broth and tamari sauce and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve.NOTE (S) FROM THE AUTHOR:You can replace the chicken broth with vegetable broth, to taste. I made this recipe at random and the result was fabulous. PREPARATIONPREPARATION: 15 MIN COOKING: 5 MIN1.On your worktop, cut to start the tofu in small dice.2.Put it in a saucepan containing cold water, then bring it to a boil.3.Simmer 5 min, then drain and let cool completely.4.Pass the tofu to the potato masher, to crush it then, reserve.5.Mix in a bowl, 1 tbsp. thyme, chopped basil and oregano with 1 gram of salt and 1 tsp. white miso.6.Water 3 tbsp. coffee lemon juice, stir well.7.Add this preparation to the tofu, then pour it into muffin pans, taking care to pack them well.8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.9.Put in the fridge for 24 hours, to infuse the aromas.

10.Serve well fresh.
